Backyard Flicks Outdoor Cinema specializes in bringing a high definition movie theater, with superb sound – to you – scaled to fit your facility and audience size. From private backyard parties, to schools, churches, and large corporate events, Backyard Flicks has exactly what it takes to create a movie event experience you and your guests will never forget.

Backyard Flicks Outdoor Cinema begins with a high quality video and sound system. We arrive at your home or facility well in advance of sundown to ensure that all equipment is professionally set up prior to your guests' arrival.

While Backyard Flicks is not a DJ company, we take pride in providing a complete entertainment experience. Therefore, Backyard Flicks will play an appropriate selection of music prior to sundown while your guests arrive. Should you have a particular preference to certain music, you are welcome to provide us with a CD, or connect your MP3 player to our sound system. Once the sun sets, your movie night will kick off with a customized pre-show designed to make your party one-of-a-kind. The video pre-show will entertain your guests and set the mood for the feature film. Pre-show content may include the latest trailers of soon to be released movies, favorite music videos, birthday or other celebration greetings, trivia, spoof videos, slide shows, sponsorship advertisements, and more.

We offer three screen sizes to choose from.

Our smallest screen is anything but small, with a 12 foot diagonal viewable picture. This screen is perfect for backyard parties in which there is limited space available. It has a relatively small footprint which allows it to fit into small yards. This screen can accommodate an audience size of 2 to 100 people.

Our medium size screen has a 15 foot diagonal viewable picture. This screen is ideal for those with medium to large backyards, block parties, parks, small to medium sized churches, and small companies. This screen can accommodate an audience size of 50 to 300 people.

Our large screen has a 23 foot diagonal viewable picture. This screen is recommended for large corporate events, large churches, schools, and parks and recreation community movie events. Our large screen can accommodate an audience size of 100 – 700 people.

Prices start at $300 per event. All events include set up and tear down of screen, projector and audio/video equipment; as well as Level 1 customized pre-show, and Blu-Ray capable player or DVD up-converting player.
